How we convert
açaí seeds into bioenergy.
WXO DirectDist
Technology
DirectDist is an advanced technology for the fractional separation of liquid components from the smoke produced during the pyrolysis of lignocellulosic materials. Pyrolysis occurs at high temperatures (400°C to 600°C) and decomposes organic biomass in the absence of oxygen, resulting in gases, charcoal, and liquid bio-oils.

Operational
principles
The technology utilizes the chemical affinity of acidic components in water and the separation of particles through coalescence and impact. WXO has developed a specific centrifuge to perform these operations simultaneously, ensuring the efficient separation of bio-oil.
